Cancellation Policy

Private Group Yoga Sessions Terms & Agreements Thank you for choosing I Do Yoga for your group experience. The following policies ensure clarity and a smooth event for everyone involved. Booking & Payment All deposits are to be paid through Venmo. A link will be sent to you to make payment after you request your booking. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date and time. Your session is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due the day of your session, unless otherwise agreed, and may be paid with Venmo or cash. Cancellations A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit reserves your date and is not refundable under any circumstances. The remaining 50% balance is due the day of your event. If you cancel after paying the final balance: Cancellations made up to the day before your scheduled event will receive a refund of the final 50% payment only. The 50% deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made on the same day as the event will be considered a no-show. In this case, all payments are forfeited, and the full contracted amount remains due. Rescheduling requests are considered based on availability. Weather For outdoor sessions, weather is always a factor. If severe weather or unsafe travel conditions prevent the session from taking place, we will reschedule at a mutually agreed-upon time. Payments will be applied to the new date. Location & Travel Please provide the full address, parking details, and any necessary entry instructions in advance. The practice area must be safe, level, and clean. Outdoor spaces must be stable and free of debris. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside 50 miles of Sunrise Beach, MO. Group Size Please confirm your final participant count 1 week before the event. Pricing is based on the agreed group size. Additional participants must be approved in advance. Changes to the total amount due will be made at the time the final count is given. Participant Responsibility Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions and for practicing within their own limits. Hands-on assists may be offered with consent and are always optional. Mobile devices should be silenced, and a respectful, distraction-free environment is expected. Pets are welcome if calm and non-disruptive. I look forward to creating a meaningful, supportive experience for your group!
